                                                                      Zhongtuo Technology 2023 Group Building Activity Successfully Ended

The four seasons are changing, and the golden autumn is welcome. In order to enhance the teamwork spirit, improve the centripetal force cohesion, and enrich the cultural life of the company colleagues, on 13th October, all the staff of ZTO went to Jiangning Tangshan Moon Festival Garden to carry out the group building activities with the theme of "Convergence of Wonderful-meet a better team".

Get restless, get rowdy, get fired up. Forget the age, forget the position, hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, we are all Zhongtuo people. Several classic team building games not only mobilised everyone's enthusiasm and activity, but also broke the sense of distance between colleagues, and quickly drew each other closer. Forming teams, choosing captains, shouting slogans, the scene atmosphere is warm, laughter.

Only when the pace is consistent can we move steadily and far. The game is not only a test of collaboration, adaptability, intelligence and courage, but also a competition of tacit understanding. All the groups were full of fighting spirit, actively involved in the game, through the communication and coordination of each group and summarised and adjusted, breaking through the difficulties, catching up with each other, and leaving wonderful memories in the sweat and laughter.

After a lot of work, the "tank" made of newspaper and tape drove over! Unity and caution, not only to test the quality of each group's "craft", but also to test the team's coordination and organisational strength. We don't complain when something goes wrong, we think of ways to solve the difficulties, and through the game, we can improve our understanding and increase our trust!

"Never give up until the disc hits the ground". In the Frisbee Carnival, everyone dared to try and challenge, constantly breaking through themselves, harvesting the experience of success in the fun, and enhancing self-confidence and sense of self-worth. In the Frisbee team competition, everyone was enthusiastically involved and fought for the team's honour and had to take the disc.

Under the night sky, everyone sings, dances, tells jokes and jokes, applauds others and cheers themselves up. Talking about work, family and children, the firelight of the bonfire shines on everyone, allowing us to find a share of courage and strength in this challenging world.

With the accumulation of strength, nothing can be achieved, and with the wisdom of all, nothing can be accomplished. In the embrace of nature, it not only let us know and understand each other better, but also inspired the cohesion of working hard together and left us all with wonderful memories. In the coming days, let's work together, think together, work together, twist together, and make greater contribution to the development of Zhongtuo.
